1. Services Provided

Deomor Projects PTY Ltd provides electrical solutions, including solar installations, generator setups, and electrical maintenance. All services are subject to availability and agreement between both parties.

2. Payment Terms

• All invoices must be paid in full within 7 days of issue.

• Late payments may incur additional charges.

• Payment methods accepted will be specified on the invoice.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information when requesting services. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure site access and readiness for project execution.

4. Warranty and Liability

• Workmanship is guaranteed for a period of 12 months from the completion date.

• Liability is limited to the scope of work performed and excludes damages beyond our control.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations must be made in writing within 48 hours of booking confirmation.

• Refunds will be issued at our discretion and may be subject to deductions for services already rendered.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and materials provided remain the intellectual property of Deomor Projects PTY Ltd unless otherwise stated.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Gauteng.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with the effective date.
